The Owners are responsible for implementing, promoting and supporting this policy.  This will be achieved by:

  • Maintaining certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013
  • Valuing the contribution of every employee and contractors
  • Establishing objectives which will be continually reviewed for effectiveness and relevance to the company, suppliers and customer needs
  • Ensuring sufficient resources and appropriate training is made available. We aim to continually improve our competencies and skills in order to meet our customer’s needs.
  • Effectively communicating authorities and responsibilities
  • Striving to continuously improve through monitoring the business performance
  • Seeking honest and constructive feedback from our customers, employees and contractors

This policy is publicly available to all interested parties and is reviewed periodically to take account of applicable local, statutory, regulatory and customer requirements and any changes in work activity.
