Rowe IT was founded by two veterans who are committed to uphold the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value Servicing Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and country.

Promote the Armed Forces:
- By showing we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public.
- By publishing our Covenant pledges on our Website.
Support Veterans:
- By working to ensure employment opportunities are made available to veterans.
- Advertising through the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to support the employment of Service leavers who meet the criteria in our job specifications.
Support Service Spouses & Partners:
- By the employment of Service spouses and partners who meet the criteria in our job specifications.
- By advertising through with the Forces Families Jobs Forum.
- By providing flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment.
Support Reserves:
- By supporting our employees who are members of the Reserve Forces.
- By granting additional paid 2 weeks leave for annual Reserve Forces training.
- By supporting any mobilisations and deployment.
Support Cadet Organisations:
- By supporting our employees who are volunteer leaders in military cadet organisations, granting 2 weeks paid additional leave to attend annual training camps and courses.
- By supporting local military cadet units and recognising the benefits of employing cadets/ex-cadets within the workforce.
National Events:
- By supporting Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal Day and Remembrance activities;
Armed Forces Charities:
- By supporting staff who volunteer to assist.
